This is what is facing me this morning...empty pages.  Empty canvases for the ideas that won't go away...waiting to be filled.  Finding the energy seems to be the obstacle right now...haha.  I'm always saying "After work I will get to it!" (with good intentions too), however after work this body wants some rest.  The challenge is to figure out how to reclaim some energy for what I really Love, and who I love, for all my loved ones and creativity.  If someone has any ideas...I am so open to them.

What a birdsong filled morning so far.  Woke at 5:30 with the sound of a lone bird chirping...I could listen to them all day long.

The azaleas are blooming as is the Rhododendron.  I planted lots of sunflower seeds yesterday and weeded.

Not sure if I posted the latest pair of socks I knitted or not.  Here they are...and after making 7 pair for other people I can call these my own!

So today is kind of overcast...have to go to work very soon.  There is so much planting to do...if only I had extra energy once I got home from work. haha...

The sunflowers that I planted outside have been eaten by the birds.  So I will have to plant them indoors I guess and then transplant.  Lots of zinnias to plant out and so much weeding to do.  The cabbages have been planted as have the brussel sprouts, and some (most of) the tomatoes.

Two months ago...

Wow...has it been 2 months since I last wrote?

Not feeling well the past few days...so on rest and self-care...making chicken soup.

Did finish the second sock of a pair!  Just have to block them tonight and they will be mine!  These may be the 6th or 7th pair I've made so far...and the first I will keep...
