Twice today I collected cones dropped from Matties pine tree. They rest on the Jeep dash. Reminding me of my beloved dog. And a recently turned 10 year old boy. He has climbed on it's branches more than once.

Today we have a harvest despite the drought and 90+ temps. Thanks to Richie's diligent waterings!

Today we have been searching for Sheldon. My grandson has been heartbroken. Hopefully he will be found !

Off to a shaky start.
