Friday!


Yay!  The weekend is here.  The above picture was taken a couple of weeks ago in the town where the John Deere house is.  I think there is a museum there too...just can't think of the town's name...Grand something....oh well.  It was a beautiful sunny day with nice shadows.


The church was built in 1849. 

There were lots of old homes there.

I like the play of shadows on the church stones too.

John Deere moved to Grand Detour in 1836 :-)
